hiking in Switzerland
on top of the world
Starting from Chamonix, we use hotels and mountain huts (just 2 nights) so that we can eat and sleep in style after a day's hiking in Switzerland with it's spectacular, scenery.

We are supported by our minibus so you only carry light day-packs for the hikes.

Carry a camera as many varieties of Orchids, and the famous Edelweiss, the Swiss emblem, grow in abundance.

And we'll see ibex and eagles and (hopefully) lammergeier.

and the end - the Matterhorn

In these 10 days of mountain travel we'll see and photograph the greatest collection of 4,000m peaks in Europe. We start in France (for the first day), but then stay high in the Swiss Alps for the rest of the adventure.
The satisfaction of completing one of the world's great walks is enhanced by our comfortable accomodation
and the wide range of traditional food that we will sample.

Hotels are 2*/3* wherever possible and our back-up minibus provides daily support in case of difficulties.

On average we hike for 5-7 hours each day and ascend and descend 1,000m (3,500ft)
